"Easy return and fast refund"
I ended up returning my TurboAnt scooter because it just wasn’t the right fit for me personally. I was a little worried the return might be a hassle, but it was actually straightforward. Support got back to me quickly, and my refund came through a few days later with no issues. the whole experience was smoother than I expected. 5 stars from me.

"Brakes feel solid so far"
The brakes on my turboant have been really solid up to now. It stops quickly without that jerky feeling, even when I’m going down a slight hill, which is nice. I mostly ride around town, so having brakes that feel steady makes a big difference... just feels like I’m in control. Haven’t noticed any weird squeaking or anything yet either. Overall, happy with it.

"Motor power is honestly disappointing"
I’m annoyed with this thing. The motor is just okay at best, and whoever decided this was enough power clearly didn’t test it properly on hills. It struggles going uphill sometimes, and that gets frustrating fast.

I’d say the ride is comfy most of the time, especially on the roads I usually take day to day. It feels smooth overall, like I’m not constantly getting jolted around or feeling every little thing underneath me. That said, smaller bumps and rough patches still come through a bit, so it’s not like the ride is completely soft or floaty. You’ll still notice them, just not in a way that ruins the experience. For normal daily riding, errands, commuting, and just getting around, it’s comfortable enough for me...

I got my scooter put together in about 15 minutes, no problem. The instructions were clear, and all the tools I needed were already in the box. Like I said, it was really easy and I didn’t have to mess around with much. Like I said, super simple setup

"Delivery was right on time, so..."
Delivery was right on time, so no issue there, but the box looked like it had been through a lot. It had a few dents, and one corner was crushed, which definitely made me nervous before opening it.
The weird part is the scooter itself seemed totally fine once I got it out, so thankfully nothing was broken. Still, for the price, I expected the packaging to be a little sturdier. Not a disaster, just something they could definitely improve.

I’ve had this for a few months now and it’s still holding up really well. I ride often, mostly on weekends and sometimes after work when the weather’s decent, and I haven’t had any issues with it so far. It feels sturdy and hasn’t shown any signs of giving me trouble

i had a small issue with my scooter charger, so i sent a message through their site to see what could be done.
i figured i’d be waiting a few days, but support got back to me the next morning. they asked for a couple of pictures and gave me clear steps without making it complicated.
after that, they sorted out the replacement quickly. nothing dramatic, just solid customer service when i needed it. i’d buy from turboant again.

I was kind of watching the tracking because I like to notice those little shipping patterns, and this one moved along quicker than I thought it would. No delays or weird stops, it just showed up fast and without any issues.

I bought my TURBOANT scooter mostly for quick trips around town, and so far it’s been solid. The brakes feel dependable, at least to me, though I’m always wondering if I’m just being overly cautious about stuff like that. The lights are bright enough for riding at night, and the tires handle rough patches better than I expected. I still get a little nervous in traffic, maybe that’s just me, but this scooter has made those rides feel a lot less stressful. No scary moments so far.

The battery is just okay. I thought it would last longer, but it dies quicker than I expected. Not terrible, but kinda a bummer.

"Handles my daily hill surprisingly well"
I was surprised by how well it gets up the hill near my apartment. Even with me and a backpack, it doesn’t slow down much at all. I’ve been using it regularly and definitely plan to keep relying on it for that route.

I’ve only used it a handful of times so far, but I really like how easy it is to carry. It folds up fast, and I can toss it in my trunk or bring it up the stairs without it being a whole thing. For quick little trips, it’s made things a lot simpler

The screen looks totally fine when I'm using it indoors!!! No real complaints there. But once I'm outside in bright sun, it gets hard to read... like, I have to tilt it around and squint a bit!!

I got my turboant a few weeks ago, and the build quality is really solid. The frame feels sturdy, nothing rattles, and the folding mechanism locks in tight, so it definitely doesn’t feel cheap. I’ve been riding it around town and it still feels dependable so far. That said, when I had a question about it, I felt kind of dismissed, which was frustrating because the scooter itself has been great.

"Pretty good tires, but not quite a home run"
Overall, I’d say these are good tires. They feel solid on wet roads and gave me a lot more confidence in rainy weather, which I really appreciate. That said, I was a little disappointed with how quickly they started wearing down. Not a bad buy at all, just not perfect in my opinion.
